Owner, CEO
As a mother, entrepreneur, and retired Chicago Police Investigator, I created this company to overcome housing disparities throughout the City of Chicago. My vision was to create a construction development firm committed to housing equity and ownership for people of color. Since 2014, I have led the charge to hire more women of color and to beautify a host of forgotten neighborhoods. From affordable housing to new construction to design to community development and outreach, we do it all for our most vulnerable residents.

Washington Park
Our catalytic project is a new development proposed for the Washington Park area. In 3 phases we will create 20 new affordable housing units with a double lot serving as a retail space: beauty/barbershop and daycare center.

Bronzeville
We are also working on a mix of luxury and affordable housing solutions in the Bronzeville area. Our goal is to build more diverse housing to help build more inclusive neighborhoods throughout the City of Chicago.
